The Privacy Policy and these Terms address different topics. If they conflict about privacy or personal information, the Privacy Policy generally controls to the extent the law allows. If another notice or applicable law provides stronger protections, that notice or law controls to the extent required.

SMS messaging program

Program description. Parkway Secure Storage LLC offers customer care text messages to people who opt in through the contact form on our website. Messages include responses to your storage questions, unit size and availability information, move-in scheduling, and follow-ups on your inquiry. Some messages may include links to pages on parkwaysecurestorage.com.

Consent. Opting in to text messages is optional and is not a condition of renting a unit or purchasing any service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Parkway Secure Storage LLC does not charge a fee for text messages.

Opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Using the Online Services

You agree to use the Online Services lawfully and as intended. If you use them for a business or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Website content is provided for information and convenience. Descriptions, advertisements, availability displays, prices, hours, policies, and other information may change. All sizes are approximate. Website content does not create a binding offer, reservation, rental, purchase, or service commitment unless it is expressly confirmed through an applicable transaction flow or written agreement.

We may update, correct, replace, or remove content and features; perform maintenance; or limit, suspend, or discontinue access when reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, or protection of our property, the Online Services, or other people.

Transactions, payments, and other services

The Online Services may let you request or complete a reservation, rental, purchase, or other transaction. The applicable transaction flow will identify the service, price, fees, and other important details.

Submitting a request does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Acceptance occurs only when the applicable confirmation, agreement, checkout flow, or other written terms indicate that it is accepted.

Your use of a particular service may be governed by additional terms. Those terms may address eligibility, rates, pricing, deposits, cancellations, refunds, late payments, access, rules, notices, and other service-specific matters.

If an Online Service allows you to pay, provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges shown before submitting payment. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice. Fees, taxes, deposits, recurring charges, payment timing, cancellations, refunds, and returned or declined payments are managed as described in the applicable agreement or rules. To cancel a service or request a refund, you must contact us directly using the contact information below or in the applicable agreement or rules. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a cancellation or refund will be approved.

If these Terms conflict with an applicable agreement or rules, the more specific agreement or rules control for that transaction or service.

Accounts and access

An account, login credentials, access code, mobile number, or other account information may be required to use certain features. Provide accurate information and take reasonable steps to protect your credentials and access information. You are responsible for all activities through your account or credentials.

Tell us promptly using the contact information below if you believe that someone used your account or your access information without permission. Do not share credentials or access codes with anyone who is not authorized under the applicable agreement or rules, and do not bypass a gate, lock, camera, access control, or other security measure.

Your responsibilities

When using the Online Services, you agree to:

  • Follow these Terms, applicable agreements or rules, and the law.
  • Provide information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • Use the Online Services only for their intended purposes and with the permissions you have.
  • Keep account, payment, contact, authorized-user information, and other information current.
  • Respect other people’s privacy, property, and legal rights.

You may not use the Online Services to commit fraud, harass or impersonate someone, access an account or system without authorization, introduce malicious code, defeat security controls, use bots or scrapers without written permission, copy or commercially exploit the Online Services except as allowed by law or in writing, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

You are responsible for your User Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, false, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, or harmful, or include another person’s information unless you are authorized to provide it. We may remove or limit User Content when reasonably needed to protect people or property, operate the Online Services, follow the law, or enforce these Terms.

Third-party services and links

The Online Services may link to or work with third-party websites, payment providers, booking systems, access systems, maps, social-media services, analytics tools, communication providers, or other third-party services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy notices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to your agreement with that third party.

Automated tools and children

Automated tools or artificial intelligence may help operate the Online Services, respond to messages, route support requests, improve service, understand usage, or detect fraud. If those tools use personal information, our Privacy Policy explains the applicable information practices.

Our Online Services are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information unless the law allows it with the required consent.

Content and intellectual property

Parkway Secure Storage LLC or its licensors own or have rights to use the website content, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, software, and other materials made available through the Online Services, except for User Content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms and applicable agreements or rules, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive right to access and use the Online Services for their intended purposes. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction, compensation, or payment, unless applicable law says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkway Secure Storage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Online Services or the SMS messaging program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Online Services, our business, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless applicable law requires a different date. If you continue to use the Online Services after an update, the updated Terms apply to your future use.

Transaction-specific terms

These Terms are a general baseline for the Online Services. A rental agreement or other document for a transaction, service, account, or access may contain additional or different terms, and that document controls when it and these Terms cannot reasonably be read together.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Other important information

If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If we do not enforce a provision right away, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
